You worked hard to earn your real estate license. Continue earning money and providing value for your network with minimal time investment. To join you will need an active real estate license in Georgia or Alabama. As a member of our referral network you’ll be able to continue providing value to your clients without the hassle of daily commitments. You will earn 70% of the referral fee on all commissions. Each year you’ll have the flexibility to renew your membership or return to an active role.

How does the process work?
If you learn that a friend, neighbor, or family member is looking to buy or sell a home you can refer them by submitting a referral on our website. Park Your Real Estate License members earn 70% of the referral fee on each transaction from that referral.

Sale Price of home: $400,000
Commission (3% of Sale Price): $12,000
Referral Fee (25% of Commission): $3,000
Your Payout (70% of Referral Fee): $2,100
What fees will I need to pay?
Only the annual fee of $225 per license.
Does it matter where I live?
You can live anywhere in the world as long as you are a licensed Georgia or Alabama real estate agent. You will need to ensure that all Continuing Education (CE) requirements have been met.
How will I be paid?
You will receive a check within 10 days of closing. You will receive a form-1099 each year you earn more than $600 per IRS regulations.
Is continuing education required?
Yes, continuing education is required by Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) and Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC). We provide recommended programs and additional information in the continuing education section of our website.
Do I still have access to FMLS, MLS, and Supra lock box key?
No. As a member of our referral network, you will not actively practice real estate. You will not show properties, list properties, or have access to lock boxes. Your only role is to stay in touch with the client and Ivy D. Sears to ensure that your referral has a positive experience.
Who will handle my referral transactions?
Ivy D. Sears will select the perfect agent from her team of REALTORS® at Ivy League Realty. You can be confident that your referrals will receive top quality service.
How do I unaffiliate or move my license somewhere else?
